With a combination of extensive experience and calm attitude Janina showed a huge professionalism whenever we collaborated. She is a dedicated and self-motivated engine for any responsibility under her scope, I always enjoyed working on the common topics with someone who has an understanding of the current situation and a vision for the future. One of the strength points for her is the fact that she is details oriented and knows her tools very well when illustrating any issue so no chance for misunderstanding. That mixed with having a sharp mind to quickly understand the topic in hand with all the surrounding details makes her one of the most persons who are able to smooth the work and make it a lot easier. Also, on the personal level she is very mature and balanced person with an attractive personality.

Jani, in her role as Product Owner, communicates the requirements, goals and technical framework clearly and transparently between the various customers, users, developers, testers and the scrum master. She knows the applications well and continues to develop her knowledge and understanding. She actively listens to both business and technical stakeholders and works with all parties to develop good and pragmatic solutions with priorities in mind. She takes responsibility but is also very good at delegating and sees herself as part of the development team. It is very pleasant to work with her.

There is always a human element to working with Janina, which I appreciate very much. During our collaboration, I always get to know new sides of Janina.

The work in the form of requirements is formulated precisely, Janina allows other views or suggestions to flow in. During and after implementation, Janina is always contactable. Since she documents the requirements in detail, testing and acceptance usually do not bring any surprises. Janina dutifully carries out the acceptance tests.

Great to have you in the team.

I have found Janina to be a very dedicated person. My requirements are always recorded and described in great detail. I especially appreciate that Janina always looks at the requirements and problems from the customer’s point of view. She is solution-oriented and together we find a way to solve a problem. Besides, Janina always sees the person behind a position, which additionally enriches the cooperation.

I was allowed to support Langen Janina as system engineer in diverse projects for several years. Janina’s interest in technical realisations and problems has always been very great. Even in hectic situations she kept calm. She’s very targeted but can also be persistent. Within the years, I learned to appreciate Mrs. Langen Janina both, as workmate and person.

Janina visualised our strategy for sustainability in the supply chain beautifully and succinctly. She was able to extract the key elements of the story and capture them in her unique illustration style. The digital image is ideal to explain our story and take the stakeholders on the journey! Janina worked in a very goal-oriented way without losing sight of important details. I would love to work with Janina again for illustrations anytime!

I feel the cooperation with Jani always very refreshing, cooperative, and supporting. She always tries to understand requests and gives suggestions for improvements. On first sight, I would judge her as somewhat strict and dominant. But if you know her better you only see the communicative and cordial Jani ?.

I highly estimate her accomplishment in reporting incidents and at the time I was working with her, I would have liked someone like her in the security. The Collaboration with her by integrating the CSIRT channel on SBInfo was really very pleasant. She has always been targeted and focused. She cooperated very well when we had other requirements to her processes. As her Customer, I felt estimated and taken seriously.

Janina is very engaged and social sensitive. Behind every problem, she mostly also perceives the person which makes the cooperation with her very pleasant. She is always resolution oriented and willing to compromise. Together we find a solution, this is motivating.
