With a combination of extensive experience and calm attitude Janina showed a huge professionalism whenever we collaborated. She is a dedicated and self-motivated engine for any responsibility under her scope, I always enjoyed working on the common topics with someone who has an understanding of the current situation and a vision for the future. One of the strength points for her is the fact that she is details oriented and knows her tools very well when illustrating any issue so no chance for misunderstanding. That mixed with having a sharp mind to quickly understand the topic in hand with all the surrounding details makes her one of the most persons who are able to smooth the work and make it a lot easier. Also, on the personal level she is very mature and balanced person with an attractive personality.

Jani, in her role as Product Owner, communicates the requirements, goals and technical framework clearly and transparently between the various customers, users, developers, testers and the scrum master. She knows the applications well and continues to develop her knowledge and understanding. She actively listens to both business and technical stakeholders and works with all parties to develop good and pragmatic solutions with priorities in mind. She takes responsibility but is also very good at delegating and sees herself as part of the development team. It is very pleasant to work with her.

I have found Janina to be a very dedicated person. My requirements are always recorded and described in great detail. I was allowed to support Langen Janina as system engineer in diverse projects for several years. Janina’s interest in technical realisations and problems has always been very great. I feel the cooperation with Jani always very refreshing, cooperative, and supporting. She always tries to understand requests and gives suggestions for improvements. On first sight, I would judge her as somewhat strict and dominant. But if you know her better you only see the communicative and cordial Jani 😊.
