Hotel Sonne

The Steinberger GmbH hired me to optimise the organisational structure and process organisation. I have been able to reduce the reception staff from six to two receptionists.

In the further course I was responsible for the control and booking of the daily accounts, debtor accounting, acceptance and creation of reservations, master data maintenance, staff recruitment, correspondence, marketing, writing and designing food and beverage menu cards, creating seminar documentation, creating and updating the hotel website.
